When they approached us, Iconic had a total of three stores. At that time, Iconic was already making waves as one of the fastest and largest growing fashion chains. They had about 40-50 global brands and a handful of internal ones. Initially, they were limited to 2-3 cities, including Gurgaon and Bangalore. However they had a bigger vision in their mind - to increase the number of brands they carry and expand their presence across India. Back then, e-commerce wasn't as big, and their goal was to establish a strong brand identity and awareness.
Creating the brand identity
We crafted numerous eye-catching campaigns that showcased Iconic's essence. Over the course of 4-5 years, we helped them grow from 2-3 cities to an impressive numbe of 19 to 20 cities. The brand's portfolio expanded from 40-50 to a remarkable 113 brands, including 9-10 internal ones. Our campaigns were a constant presence, making waves in various cities.
Iconic evolved into a top fashion brand, a destination in itself, hosting over 100-115 brands. The campaigns we designed were extensive, making Iconic a renowned brand. Imagine campaigns spread across 20 cities, in multiple malls, encompassing the entire city with billboards, press ads, social media, and mall branding. It took the brand Image of Iconic India to a whole new level.
With the help of strategic marketing, Iconic became a beloved brand, not just a brand with a good image. Footfalls surged, establishing Iconic as a go-to premium fashion hub. Iconic's journey from a handful of stores to a renowned brand with a vast presence is a testament to the success of our collaborative efforts.
